The Northern Beef Producers Inc. is extending an invitation to the Charters Towers Community to attend its 8th Annual Expo on June 7th & 8th at the Equestrian Centre. This is not just for the Ag Industry but the perfect event for families. If you are looking for free activities, to teach your children about where their food comes from or just to experience something new in your own backyard then this is for you bring the whole family to watch one of the free events like the Working cattle dog Championships which runs every morning from 8am. There is junior judging, a cattle comp, stud cattle displays, over 40 market & trade stalls & a Graziers Gala on the Friday evening, held at Goldtower!

Entry is just a gold coin donation, made to the wonderful volunteers of the Womens Shed who run the gates. Why not stop it at the relaxation zone kindly provided by Blackheath & Thornburgh College where you can rest with a coffee or cold drink after attending the events or having a shop at the amazing stalls. This year there are 5 food trucks with a wide range of options for snacks, lunch & dinner so keep an eye out to see what will be on offer!
